Creative Core Therapy, LLC has therapists that utilize therapy dogs for emotional support. All dogs have been professionally trained to be able to act as therapy dogs, however, they are not service dogs. Therapy dogs are trained to provide affection and comfort. Service dogs are uniquely trained and go through specialization to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. These dogs are protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) giving them public access rights. Therapy dogs are not afforded the same privileges.
